1. Return Without Cause (14 Days)
You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason,

The product is in original condition and packaging It has not been used, worn, or damaged You provide the purchase receipt or invoice

Custom-made or personalized items
Made-to-Order Products (Furniture) Furniture items that are made to order (manufactured after the order is placed) cannot be returned or exchanged unless:
- The item arrives damaged,
- It does not match the confirmed specifications Opened cosmetics or hygiene products

2. Damaged or Wrong Items (30 Days)
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for
